We were thrilled to pass by this marker buoy after leaving Portsmouth. It is mile marker "0", on the Atlantic I.C.W. Exactly 1243 miles from the marker at Key West. That seems like a long time ago. We will get back into the New Jersey Intracoastal Waterway after we go through Delaware Bay to Cape May, but I am getting ahead of myself, we still are in Chesapeake Bay for now.
