We stayed two nights at Alligator River waiting for the weather to change. We actually ate dinner at the Shell Station, ok not our best meal out, but better than cooking after a day on the water.
We did get a terrible storm on Tuesday night, the sky was very black and the winds howled, but no damage to anything around us, although I'm sure someone very close by must have gotten a tornado.
