We had a very long day on the water and got into North Carolina. The water has become much cleaner again, it was sure brown in South Carolina. The trees are now becoming more deciduous and we see fewer and fewer Palms.
Today we saw two Canadian Geese that are like us, migrating north.
We stayed at a great State Park, Carolina Beach State Park. Just what we needed, a marina at $20.00 a night !
Took a very long walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The walk back to the marina might help after a great meal.
