Dave rode his bike to the beach early in the morning before we left.
We are going to Carolina Beach State Park Marina for the night and we were timing it to be at a very shallow part of the I.C.W. at mid-tide to be able to get through. Some of the shoaling in the inlets from the Atlantic can leave you on bottom. Skinny water is what we call it.
