Fort Pierce

We had a great day today just checking out the downtown area. There was a wonderful Farmers Market in the square near the marina and we were there bright and early. The fruits and vegetables are great and the fresh bread you could smell right to the boat.
We biked to the A.E. Backus Art Gallery and enjoyed over 60 of his original works of art.
There is a lot of construction going on in the downtown and what they have got done so far is beautiful. They are putting a new stone wall along the front of the marina so there is a lot of activity and noise in the daytime and there is a loud band that plays at night in the Tiki Bar, not the quiet that we are used to. Time to move on tomorrow.
