We rode our bikes to the beach. It wasn't too busy there due to the wind, but it was hot. We could ride our bikes on the beach with the cars and 4-wheelers.
It reminded us of Ipperwash Beach on Lake Huron when we were kids. The sand here though is hard packed.
We had a great day just getting to know our way around Daytona.
