Playing With The Manatees.

Yesterday was such a beautiful 78 degrees that we decided to take a long dingy ride up the river to a Manatee Play Ground. We shut the dingy off and just floated around for a long time watching the Manatees. They seem so docile and gentle. You hear their snort before you see them. We had a nice picnic and slowly made our way back to the marina. The Manatees are following the warm water this time of year as it comes south and we actually saw one of these giant "water cows" in the shallow water at the marina.
