October 14th.We went through two locks on the Tennessee River to get to Joe Wheeler Park. What a beautiful place. We were here for a four day conference and rendezvous with other "Loopers". More than 70 boats are registered and it was really nice to get together with other "loopers" that we have met all along the way. They kept us busy everyday from 7:15 am. until 8:00 pm. We learned a lot about the rest of the trip to the Gulf. How we should cross the Gulf, dealing with salt water, and tides. There was a lot of great speakers to listen to.
