Gore Bay

August 7th. and 8th.

We arrived in Gore Bay on Manitoulin Island early in the morning. What a beautiful marina. They have new slips in the marina and with the high cliffs covered in trees, all around the bay, it is truly beautiful.
We met up with some other "Loopers" and had a good time. Eight couples in all and we all went out for dinner together. It was nice to see Tonia and John on "Restless Spirit" again.
We spent a lot of time at the Public Library booking our trip home at Christmas on the Internet. It was nice to use the web-cam and connect with the kids at home.
