Over the "Big Chute"

Here we go over the Big Chute Railroad. We are lifted up out of the water on a flatbed railroad car and taken across a road and down the hill back into the water. It is a thrill coming over the top of the hill and looking down at another lake. They claim that there is not another one like it in the world and we are glad that it is part of the "Great Loop".
From there we travelled on to Port Severn Lock, the last lock on the Trent Severn Waterway and the gateway to Georgian Bay. We have no more locks to do until we get into Chicago in September.
