We are enjoying a few days in Midland Harbour until Sunday. Hope to go out to an Island for a few days next week and then to Penatang for next weekend. We are looking forward to the rendezvous there for four days.
Last night we went out for dinner here with old boating friends from Toronto. We went to a great restaurant called The Explorer Cafe, the meal was out of this world and we highly recommend it to all who travel to Midland.
There are over thirty beautiful murals on buildings all over town. Most where done by the late, talented artist Fred Lenz. The largest one (80 feet by 250 feet ) is on the Ogilvie silos at the waters edge.
